How do I prepare for my first lash appointment?

  • Arrive with Clean Lashes: Avoid wearing eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow.
  • Skip Skincare Around the Eyes: Refrain from using oily skincare products or heavy creams near your eyes before your appointment. Oil can interfere with the adhesive.
  • Plan Ahead: Lash appointments can take 2-2.5 hours. Make sure to schedule enough time and avoid caffeine to help you relax during the session.
  • Dress Comfortably: Wear something cozy, as you'll be lying down with your eyes closed for an extended period. You're also welcome to bring your own blanket!
  • Know Your Style: Come with an idea of the look you'd like. Your lash artist will help customize the style to suit your features.

Location & Parking

Aesthetics & Lash is located inside Pecan Street Market, in the orange building. You will see my sign outside of the store. Once you're inside the store I am the first door to the left in the hallway.

You are welcome to park behind the orange building and on the left side (parallel parking) & across the street at the neighboring coffee shop.

Late Arrivals, Last Minute Cancellations & No Shows

All appointments have a 15min grace period at the beginning of their appointment. Arriving after the allotted grace period will result in forfeit of the appointment and 100% of the appointment total will be charged.

100% of the appointment total will be charged for no-shows.

Cancellations with-in 24hr of appointment time will be charged 50% of service total.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included but greatly appreciated! You can add gratuity to your total at the end of the service.

You can give a gratuity in cash or by credit card.

Can I receive a refund for my service?

You're satisfaction is our number one priority at every appointment. We offer corrections 0-3 days from the service date with the exceptions of late arrivals.

Safety Measures & COVID Policies

Please cancel or reschedule your service if you have any of the following symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Chills/feeling feverish
  • Muscle pain/headache
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Body temperature over 100F

STUDIO POLICIES

Every service has a 15min grace period at the beginning of your appointment time. A 24hr reschedule/cancelation notice required for every appointment.

If appointment is cancelled within 24hr of scheduled time 50% of service total will be charged to card on file. No-shows will be charged at 100% & arrivals after 15min grace period will be canceled and charged 100% of service total.

All appointments must be confirmed with a card on file 24hr before appointment.

NO REFUNDS.

We are committed to your satisfaction and offer up to 2 complimentary corrections per client. Corrections must be requested within 3 days of your original appointment to address any immediate concers. If you are still unsatisfied after 2 corrections, we will kindly recommend another stylist to better meet your needs.

If you are late to an appointment corrections will not be available to you after the appointment.

If you are having an allergic reaction after service contact us ASAP and we will accommodate a complimentary removal.

If you are unsatisfied with your results and decline a correction contact us within 3 days of service and we will accommadate a complimentary removal.
